service provider, is seeking a highly motivated, positive, and
experienced Inside Sales Account Manager. The position is based in
the Fife, Washington.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining a customer base through quality phone
contact.
- Providing custom rate quotes.
- Timely follow up on unsecured quotes.
- Promoting value-added service products to existing and
potential customers for continued profitable revenue
growth.
- Communication with operations to insure a team effort in
securing and maintaining profitable business.
- Demonstrating creativity in achieving solutions that are
profitable for the company while providing customers with a
service advantage.
Skills, Experience, & Educational Experience -
The successful candidate will be a team player with:
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and
customer service skills.
- Previous sales/rate experience in the Freight Forwarding
and/or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

Warehouse Supervisor

Full time warehouse supervisor for our Fife facility to direct
warehouse and facility operations, implement and control all dock
training, safety and Hazmat training. Hours are weekdays, full time.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
- Effectively supervise under collective bargaining agreement in
a warehouse environment.
- Direct all inbound receiving and loading of all cargo
according to customer and company needs.
- Set start times, control and monitor work hours, lunches and
breaks.
- Insure all Safety & Security policies and procedures are
being followed and adhered to.
- Coordinate loading, maximizing profit to make the best
revenue-producing loads.
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead & multi task.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory position preferred.
- High School diploma, GED preferred.
